It's always nice to know who you are working with. My name, Sugie, is pronounced (shugee) with a long e. I am a native Floridian, from Miami Beach, I was born with sand in my shoes. I graduated in 1985 from the University of South Florida with a B.A. Degree in Marketing, go Bulls.

 I started my real estate career on the west coast of Florida in 1989 in the pristine waterfront community of Crystal River, Florida.  Today, I am a Realtor®, Broker Associate, GRI, CDPE with David Walsh & Associates Real Estate, LLC  in the waterfront and beach community of Vero Beach.  I earned my GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) by completing 90 additional hours of training in all aspects of residential real estate.

I grew up boating, water skiing, sailing, snorkeling, and diving. I spent every weekend boating when I was growing up. Because of my passion for boating and everything water, it was only natural for me to get my captains license. I have been a United States Coast Guard approved Captain since 1995.
